Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from M&P Collectives!

All products are made to order by our print partners.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will accept your returns or exchanges, and the print shop will send you another. 

Here is how to initiate a return: 

Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Criteria: 

  • The product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

  • The item is lost in shipping (tracking never updates / never arrives).

  • You file a claim within 30 days of delivery.

There will be no charge to you.

Non-returnable criteria: If your item is custom or personalized, a digital downloads, will not be able to refund. 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at 📧 contact[at]mpcollective[dot]co with your
    1. Order number 
    2. Clear Photos showing the defect/damage.
    3. Any packaging evidence (if applicable)
    4. Reason for the return.

Refund Processing

  • Once the item has been reviewed, will notify you by email.
  • Reprints and reship will be at no cost. 
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
